Americans Still Spending Money on Anti-Aging Products

Surprising results from a new survey of 1,000 women show that despite the state of the economy, they are not giving up their anti-aging skin routine! In fact, many continue to spend thousands of dollars for their favorite at home treatments, continuing their regular visits to the doctor and giving up other areas of their life to afford their anti-aging regimen.

According to Dr. Mitchel Goldman, a renowned dermatologist and cosmetic surgeon in Southern California, the patients that he sees on a daily basis care deeply not only about their appearance but also about the health of their skin and the health of their pocket book.  Dr. Goldman says that patients are looking to get the best results for their money, making sure they can optimize their results and extend the benefit of their procedure investment.

Mitchel P. Goldman, M.D., is a sought-after dermatologic and cosmetic surgeon in La Jolla, California. Dr. Goldman is Board Certified by both the American Board of Dermatology and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, has authored over 250 articles, lectures both nationally and internationally on innovative surgical and treatment techniques and is a recent recipient of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery's 21st Century Achievement Award.
