LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (AP) - Leavenworth County has announced its first confirmed case of swine flu.
No details have been released about the person with the illness. The Leavenworth County case was announced Thursday.
The Kansas Department of Health and Environment says 95 cases of swine flu have been confirmed in the state.
Symptoms of swine flu are similar to those of seasonal flu. They include a fever above 100 degrees, body aches, coughing and sore throat.
