Hearings set for 2 in break-in at chief's home

FALLS CITY, Neb. (AP) - Preliminary hearings are set for Aug. 3 for two Falls City men accused of breaking into the police chief's home.

Nineteen-year-old Kyle Martin and 20-year-old Jeffeory Murray each face a felony burglary charge in Richardson County. They're accused of breaking into Falls City Police Chief John Caverzagie's home on June 9 and stealing a laptop computer and a police scanner.
