IMPERIAL, Neb. (AP) - The owners of a car dealership in Imperial say they'll be open for business across the street from the blackened rubble of 1 of their buildings.
Sid Harchelroad is co-owner of Harchelroad Motors, a GM dealership that also has operations in Wauneta.
He says the fire early Saturday morning destroyed business offices, the body shop and parts and memorabilia. He says the Imperial operations will be moved across the street and will be open Monday.
He says he and his employees will "go back to work and try to get business back as usual."
What caused the fire is unknown, but arson has been ruled out. The loss was estimated at $3 million.
No injuries were reported.
Imperial is in southwest Nebraska's Chase County.
