Dr. Sextro started the Grand Island Foot Clinic in 1975. He graduated from the Illinois College of Podiatric Medicine.

Dr. Larsen joined the Grand Island Foot Clinic in 1992 after completing a surgical residency at Midwest Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated from the Iowa College of Podiatric Medicine.
