CHADRON, Neb. (AP) - A 28-year-old Chadron man convicted of 2 counts of sexual assault of a child has been sentenced to 4 to 5 years in prison on each count.

John High was ordered Wednesday to serve the sentences one after the other.

Dawes County prosecutors say the 28-year-old High videotaped and inappropriately touched a 6-year-old girl.

High was originally charged with 10 felony counts, including six counts of third-degree sexual assault of a child, but prosecutors agreed to drop all but 2 of the sexual-assault counts in exchange for his guilty plea.
