LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) - A muzzleloader deer-hunting workshop will be held near Gretna leading up to the December muzzleloading season.
The Nebraska Game and Parks Commission says the workshop will be held Thursday at the Ak-Sar-Ben Aquarium south of Gretna on state Highway 31.
The event is free for hunters of all ages and experience levels, and will look at traditional and modern equipment, winter deer habits, strategies for hunting, harvest care and more.
Participants must register before Monday by calling 402-471-5662.
