KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Kansas City's ethics commission has declined to dismiss three allegations of ethics violations against Mayor Mark Funkhouser.
But the Municipal Officials Ethics Commission did agree Friday to toss out a fourth allegation. It regarded the use of pictures paid for with city funds on the mayor's Web site.
Deliberations are expected to last several more weeks if not months.
The allegations under investigation include whether Funkhouser directed a city staffer to work on a light-rail political campaign.
