Each month during Good Evening Nebraska (6:30 PM on NTV, 9:00 PM on KFXL), NTV and KFXL, FOX Nebraska will feature one farm family, an ag innovation, and a farm youth during our Friday newscast. If you know someone or something that meets one or more of these criteria, let us know about them!

Farm Family of the Month - First Friday of the Month
- Works to advance the family farming industry
- Good steward of the land
- Involved in or strengthens their community
- Uses technology to farm efficiently and profitably while protecting the land, livestock, and other resources
- Family history consisting of multi-generational farm ownership

Ag Innovations - Second Friday of the Month
- How does this innovation make it easier for the family farmer to perform his/her job?
- Does this innovation help preserve or improve the land, livestock or other resources?
- How does this innovation affect the bottom line in saving money or increasing profits?
- Is this a mature development that is widely in practice, or a new technology on the horizon?
- Does this innovation promote the future of family farming?

Farm Youth of the Month - Third Friday of the Month
- Age 14-21
- Good Student
- Leader in his/her school or community
- Works to advance the family farming industry
- Demonstrates knowledge of farming and is committed to learning more about the industry
- Well-spoken when discussing agriculture and the future of farming
- Track record as hard worker in the classroom, on the farm and in the community
