The following is a press release from the Kearney Police Department:
On Monday evening the Kearney Police Department arrested three men and one woman in connection with the armed robbery of the Kearney K-Mart, which occurred on Sunday November 23, 2008. The suspects were arrested for armed robbery, use of a firearm to commit a felony, and the female was arrested for accessory to a robbery.
All subjects reside at 2219 13th Avenue in Kearney and were arrested without incident. The four subjects are currently being held at the Buffalo County Detention Center pending formal charges.
