Interesting facts or trivia: We performed in Dallas in May 2010. In 2009, our queen candidate, Allie Skidmore, was Miss Harvest of Harmony. In February 2008, we premiered "Rock Creek Adventure," a composition that was commissioned by us in commemoration of Rock Creek Station, just east of Fairbury, which was an important milestone on the Oregon Trail. The composer, Larry MacTaggart, was here to conduct the band in the premiere.
