Interesting facts or trivia: The band is under its 10th year of direction under Ms. Murphy. They traveled to Chicago in 2003 and 2011, as well as California in 2007. They are currently raising money to purchase new uniforms for the 2011-2012 school year.

Previous Awards: Received superior ratings at contests in 2010; also had 14 students selected into Class C All-State Honor Band
