(Seward, Neb.) - An Iowa man has been arrested in Central Nebraska for possession of marijuana for the second time in a little more than two weeks.
Kevin Jones, 33, Windsor Heights, Iowa, was arrested Sunday after a Nebraska State Patrol trooper, who had stopped him for following too closely on I-80 in Seward County, smelled marijuana in his vehicle.
A probable cause search led to the seizure of over 28 pounds of marijuana and 0.1 pounds of hashish.
Jones was lodged in the Seward County Jail on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
He was arrested near Kearney in December after a trooper stopped him for
speeding on I-80 and discovered 35 pounds of marijuana in his trunk.
