Sign of the Week Contest

DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANYTHING TO PARTICIPATE?
No, no purchase is necessary to participate in this contest.

WHO CAN ENTER?
The promotion is open to anyone living and/or working in the NTV DMA.  Employees or ex-employees of KFXL FOX Nebraska, Nebraska Television Network, other broadcast or cable stations, Pappas Telecasting Companies and their family members, household members, affiliates, subsidiaries or agents are not eligible to participate in this contest

WHEN DOES THIS CONTEST TAKE PLACE?
Voting for this contest begins on February 17, 2012 and ends on February 24, 2012 at noon.

HOW CAN I VOTE?
Log on to Nebraska.tv to vote on your favorite sign of the week from the winter 2011-2012 season of sports extra.  You can only vote once.

The representative of the sign with the most votes at the end of the voting period will win.

WHAT CAN I WIN?
One(1) of the signs will win twelve (12) vouchers to a Storm Hockey Game.  Vouchers are valid for any home game during the 2011-2012 season-subject to seat availability.

Vouchers expire April 10, 2012.

WHAT OTHER RULES DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?
No cash substitutions or exchanges allowed.  All taxes are the responsibility of the winner.  Winner will be required to come to the NTV Studios, 1078 25^th Road, Axtell, NE, and present proper identification, i.e. driver's license or other valid photo identification.  Identification that is counterfeit, illegible, tampered with or otherwise altered will not be honored.  The winner is responsible for picking up the prizes at the sponsor locations.  By claiming a prize, a winner consents to the use, without additional compensation, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice for promotion and/or advertising purposes in connection with this promotion.  All federal, state, and local laws apply.  Void where prohibited.  Prizes are not redeemable for cash and will be forfeited if not claimed. 

If forfeited, another winner will be selected from among the eligible entries by random drawing. NTV reserves the right to alter the promotion by placing announcements on the air, and assumes no responsibility for entries not received, contestants' inability to complete the registration process, telephone company operations or any other technical difficulties or mechanical failures beyond the station's control. All decisions of the NTV judges concerning any and all matters with respect to this promotion shall be final.
