Fires Rage in Western Nebraska

Thousands of acres have already burned north of Stapleton, as one of Nebraska's greatest national treasures still sees a fury of flames. Four fires continue to rage on in western Nebraska. 

Officials in Logan County report that there are two fires in Logan and another in Thomas County. The fires in Logan, are located north of Ringold and the other 10 miles north of Stapleton. 

The in Thomas is 18 miles north, running on both sides of Highway 83. Officials report work will be going all throughout Saturday night.
