Railroad Repairs to Result in Closure of Kearney Crossing - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Railroad repairs will result in a closed crossing in Kearney.

The Union Pacific Railroad announced Monday that, weather permitting, the 5th Avenue Railroad crossing will be closed to traffic from Tuesday at 6 a.m. until Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.

The crossing is closed for emergency repair and maintenance to the railroad tracks through the crossing.
