A local art show strives despite changes in command. It's business as usual at Sunday's fifth annual Art In The Park in Hastings.

Artists are selling their craft and people are enjoying their day in the park, but one thing that's going unnoticed is the change of coordinators.

Officials say the transition has been good.

"Oh seamless. You know Andy Goehnert has put it on for the past four years and was so helpful to make sure we had a list of vendors and some signage they've used in previous years," said Adams Co. Convention and Visitor's Center's Kaleena Fong. "So we've done a lot of the administrative work and the promotion to take it off his hands to make it a little easier for him and really hasn't been much of a problem at all."

Adams County Convention and Visitor's center hopes to find a volunteer committee to help plan future shows, but maintains it will continue to be an annual event.
