Honey Roasted Garlic Sauce

• 12 garlic cloves
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp honey

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Wrap garlic cloves in foil. Bake 45 minutes, or until garlic roasted and soft.

Mix with 1 Tbsp honey. Blend together to make paste.

Sun dried Tomato Pesto Garlic

• 1/2 cup of sun dried tomato pesto garlic
• 1 Tbsp cream cheese
• 1 pinch curry
• 1 pinch white pepper

Mix ingredients together to make paste.
