Macaroni Salad - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

• 2 16-oz. packages macaroni
• 2 carrots, chopped
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
  
• 4 radishes, chopped
  
• 1 cucumber, chopped
  
• 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  
• 1/2 onion, grated
• 1 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
• salt, to taste
  
• pepper, to taste
  

Dressing

• 3 cups Miracle Whip
• 1/2-3/4 cup sugar

Cook macaroni in salt water as directed on package.  

 Mix sugar and Miracle Whip together and set aside.

Combine macaroni and veggies. Add onion. Add cheese and dressing and mix.
