
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown ground beef with seasoning mixture and onion.
Pour one can enchilada sauce in a shallow 9x13-inch baking dish. Place a thin layer of beef mixture in bottom of baking dish.
Dip one tortilla at a time into sauce and cover beef mixture with a layer of the dipped tortillas.
Crumble cheese on top and repeat until all of ingredients have been
used. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the top and bake or 45
minutes.
If using a smoker, place ingredients in a Dutch oven, preheat smoker to 250 degrees and cook for about 1 1/2-2 hours.
