  • 6 cups ice, crushed
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 2 cups champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp white rum (optional)
  • slivered orange for garnish

Combine ice, simple syrup, champagne, wine, orange juice and lemon juice in a blender. Spoon mixture into individual dessert cups and drizzle with optional rum.

Garnish with orange sliver and enjoy!
