Little pigs race to eat the prized cookie at the end of the track.
Kris Elliott from Kansas works with these pigs everyday and says for him it's in his blood. He works at Hedrick's Pig Races based in Nickerson, Kan.
"I've known the owner of the company since I was a small child. My father worked here. I've been around these animals for a long time," said Elliott.
Elliott says working with the pigs is actually quite easy.
"They're actually a very smart animal. Most people think they are dirty animal or they're a mean animal but they're actually very friendly and a clean animal," said Elliott.
With pig names like "Lincoln Pork" and "Hamma Montana" these little pigs sweat it out the reach the finish line.
"Once they get the hang of it they really get the hang of it and they get better and better and then it turns into an actual race and they know what they're going to get in the end, they all want it and there's only one to get and that's the cookie," said Elliott.
Elliott and the pigs travel across the country.
"We do all kinds of fairs from Hawaii to Virginia to Minnesota to Texas we do a lot of them," said Elliott.
