
Nataly Tavidian was born in Los Angeles, California. She attended Pasadena High School, and furthered her education at the University of California, Riverside. There she received a degree in both Communications Studies and Political Science.
Nataly pays tribute to her English teachers and her parents for sparking her interest in journalism. After graduation, Nataly was an Intern/ Writer from June 2010 to September 2010 for Southern California Public Radio (KPCC) and Capital Public Radio (CPR) in Sacramento and before moving to Nebraska, she worked as General Assignment Reporter and Fill in Anchor/Producer from August 2010 to August 2012 at Crown City News, Pasadena, California, covering the city of Pasadena and San Gabriel Valley area TV news. She also completed several internships at KABC-TV in Los Angeles while attending college.
Mediterranean foods are Nataly's favorite, so she is constantly calling her mom and grandma for recipes! She currently speaks fluent Armenian and is studying a few more languages. Nataly loves to travel. Before starting her career at NTV, she traveled overseas starting in England, and then went to France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Lebanon. She's also interested in fitness and nutrition, and is currently teaching classes at the YMCA, in Grand Island.
