Congressman Smith Awarded National Friend of the Pork Industry - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Congressman Adrian Smith received the National Friend of the Pork Industry award.

He was given the award for his efforts to promote the pork industry through increased international trade, science-based sanitary and phytosanitary standards, and sustainable agricultural policy.

This is the first time in four years that the National Pork Producers Council has given out the award.
