16 Neb. Food Workers Learn to ServSafe at Training Workshop

Sixteen participants completed the ServSafe Starters Food Safety training workshops held recently in Lexington and McCook.
The ServSafe Starters course is designed for employees who handle and prepare food in restaurants and other food service establishments. It is the second level of the Nebraska Restaurant Association's Food Safety First program.
The first level is the ServSafe training program for owners and managers.
Participants who completed the ServSafe Starters training were:
