North Platte Woman Sentence for Stealing from Mother - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

A North Platte woman has been sentenced for using her mother's credit card without permission.

Kimberly Small, 51, was sentenced Monday to 90 days in jail and three years of probation. Small had pleaded no contest to unauthorized use of a financial transaction device after prosecutors reduced the charge from abuse of a vulnerable adult.

Small also was ordered to pay more than $14,000 in restitution.
