State Revokes Two Childcare Licenses - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health, has revoked the child care licenses of Tiffany Tate and Nancy Tierney.

Tate's child care was located at 4906 north 61st in Omaha, Neb. and Tierney's child care was located at 2804 Sunrise Drive in Blair, Neb.

Individuals whose licenses to provide child care are revoked may not care for any children other than their own and they are not eligible to reapply for a child care license for a period of two years.
