Project Homeless Connect Links Individuals to Essential Services - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

On October 25, the Evangelical Free Church and St. Leo's Catholic Church in Grand Island will be hosting Project Homeless Connect.

The event is free and runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is designed to link people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless with essential services. These services include, but are not limited to:

• Health and dental care
• Mental health treatment
• Housing Resources
• Employment and education assistance
• Legal services
• Social services and benefits
