Fall is harvest time and there's no better season for comfort foods and warm smells in the kitchen. Apples and pumpkins are two fall favorites that are packed with flavor, comfort and most of all – health benefits. 

These two foods are considered power foods, as they provide satisfaction, keep you fuller longer and have a positive impact on your health.   

Some ideas on how to prepare these power foods include:
