Grand Island– After a fire destroyed the Chapman Pump & Pantry on May 23rd, the Bosselman Companies are pleased to announce that groundbreaking to rebuild the location will begin on Tuesday.
This store will introduce the new "hometown" building concept that the Bosselman Companies will utilize for future builds and remodels. A new streamlined look, contemporary design, and upgraded ambience will highlight the new structure. A turret will serve as a coffee bar area, and the interior will feature hard surface countertops and cherry woodwork for a modern appeal.
At just under 2,000 square feet, the store will still offer all the amenities of a 3,000+ square foot store. A new mascot, Bones, the Pump & Pantry Husky dog, will welcome customers at the main entrance.
A full selection of hot drinks and fountain beverages, bottled drinks, snacks, beer, and quick-serve foods will be available at the store, as well as quality fuels.
Bosselman Companies President Charlie Bosselman said, "We are pleased to be able to rebuild our Chapman store as well as roll out a brand new look and feel to our line of Pump & Pantry locations. We are grateful to the community of Chapman for supporting us in the past and look forward to being back in the community in the near future. This store will continue to provide quick, friendly hometown service to our Chapman area customers."
Expected completion of the new store build is January 2013.
