Local extension offices are raising awareness during national 4-H week. To accomplish their goals of increased awareness they are having a t-shirt contest the week of Oct. 7-13.
To participate in the contest, all people need to do is wear a 4-H t-shirt, take a picture, and then post to Facebook or Twitter.
The photos will be judged in three categories: most people in one photo, random/unique locations, or best pose.
The post pictures go to Twitter and use the hashtag #weara4Htshirt or go to Facebook and search for 'Wear a 4-H Shirt.'
The best picture from each category will win a prize. The contest runs for one week only, no early posts will be accepted.
For more information about 4-H call your local extension office. For questions or comments about the contest call Elizabeth Janning at 402.461.7209 or Megan Burda at 308.236.1235.
