Connecting the Dots- Career Exploration Day - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Connecting the Dots: A Career Exploration Day is taking place Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 2-3 at the Buffalo County Extension Building.

This interactive career exploration simulation program is designed to help tenth/eleventh grade students learn more about careers of interest as well as how to "connect the dots" from tenth/eleventh grade through post secondary study to the workplace. 

The hands on format is designed to foster an environment where students can gain an understanding of what careers fit into their interests and what steps need to be taken to achieve their desired career path.

Students must complete Kuder career exploration activities prior to registering and work in teams of two- four based on career interests.
