Second Avenue Construction Change

Wednesday, Oct. 10, the intersection at 29th Street and Second Avenue will be open to east-west traffic. However the intersection a couple of blocks away at 31st Street and Second Avenue will then be closed.

The 31st Street intersection will be closed to allow the construction crew to continue progressing up Second Avenue.

The north-south construction along Second Avenue will stay one lane through the construction zone.
