
To prepare chicken:
Combine 5 spice, garlic, and blackened seasoning. Press breast into seasoning. Fry in 1" oil until fully cooked. In 1/8" hot oil saute elephant garlic, watercress, and ginger for about 3 minutes. Place atop mixed greens. Garnish with tomatoes, green onions, and clementines.
To prepare dressing:
Place ingredients in food processor and hit "Go." Process until smooth.
