Around one month after one Wyoming pleaded not guilty to a charge of attempted bank robbery for a failed heist in western Nebraska, another man has pleaded not guilty in the same attempted robbery.

Drew Steier, 22, made the plea Monday in Lincoln County District Court. He is accused of trying to rob Farmers State Bank in Wallace on Aug. 13.

52-year-old Tracy Black, Steier's alleged partner in the attempted robbery, also has pleaded not guilty to attempted bank robbery.

Both men are from Evanston, Wyo.

Police say the pair fled the bank without any money and no one was injured. The men were captured in Imperial.
