Three Nebraska CaseIH agriculture equipment dealerships are being sold to Titan Machinery Inc., based in North Dakota.

Titan, of West Fargo, N.D., says it is expected to close the deal in November. The company will then acquire Toner's Inc., based in Grand Island, Red Line Equipment in Broken Bow and Ord Equipment in Ord.

Terms for the deal are not being disclosed.

Titan owns and operates a network of agricultural and construction equipment dealerships in the United States and Europe. With the acquisition of Toner's, Titan Machinery will have 102 North American dealerships. They are in Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
