Mrs. Staehr- the teacher that is smiling and making funny jokes. She is the teacher who is always pushing us to do our best even when it's not in her classes. To tell you the truth, I was in a way scared my first day of middle school when I met her. She told us how things were going to be and if you didn't disrupt things, then you would do just fine in her class. No one was talking or breathing after she had finished speaking. Now when I look back, I laugh because she has taught me more about myself than I thought a teacher could. She is organized like me. She has to be though as she teaches sixth through eighth grade language and literature, eighth grade religion, is the director of our speech team, and even more by just helping around the school.. You can ask anyone at Trinity Lutheran her class is never boring and there isn't time to mess around at all. She helps each student and knows what we are capable of doing. She puts a fun twist to learning things. Mrs. Staehr is the one who has taught me that too much is given much is expected. I will never forget the things she has taught me or the fun times that our class has had. She has a passion for what she does and she does it whole-heartedly. Mrs. Staehr is a really great person to know, but she is even a greater teacher.
