A Bellevue man pleaded guilty to the murder of his stepdaughter.
After weapons charges were dropped, Michael Williams pleaded guilty to the charge of first-degree murder of 21-year-old Michala Pomfret on April 10.
Prosecutors say he gunned down his step-daughter and then tried to kill himself within days of shooting her. Pomfret died from her injuries two days after the shooting.
Williams is scheduled for sentencing in January.
