
Chocolate Ganach
Crust
Pumpkin Batter
Put chocolate on double boiler, low heat. Don't stir.
Crush up cookies, mix all ingredients. Put a thin layer (1/4 inch or so) on a baking sheet, bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Batter: 1/2 pumpkin and scoop out seeds. Put 1/2's face down on a baking sheet with a layer of water and bake at 350 degrees until soft, let cool.
Mash and add all ingredients, spread and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, let cool. Once it is cool spread chocolate and decorate.
