Posted: Updated:

A Lincoln woman is awaiting trial for charges of conspiring to distribute and possession with intent to distribute meth.

Rochelle Deann Marshalla, 52, appeared in federal court in Lincoln Thursday and is being held without bond until her trial begins on December 18.

Marshalla is suspected of possessing and conspiring to sell meth between June 2009 and September 2012.

If convicted, Marshalla faces five to 40 years in prison and a possible fine of up to $5 million. She may also face at least four years of supervised release if convicted.

The matter was investigated by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force, which includes officers of the Lincoln Police Department, the Lancaster County Sheriff's Department, FBI and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Police Department.
