An Arizona man is in jail after
troopers found over 2,300 pounds of pot in the back of the rental truck
he was driving.
Around 10 a.m. on Sunday,
Nov. 18, a trooper stopped James Valimont's 2012 rental truck for failure to
signal near the Bradshaw Interchange on I-80.
After being given consent to search the truck, the trooper found 101 bundles of
pot weighing a total of 2,395.5 pounds.
Valimont, 56, Glendale, Ariz., was lodged at
the York County Jail on a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to
deliver.
