Parker Software has announced the release of their new cloud based email automation service - Email2Cloud.

Email2Cloud is based on Parker Software’s Email2DB software, an advanced email automation solution. Email2Cloud can read email messages, database records, Twitter feeds, web pages, RSS feeds, Excel spread sheets and other sorts of messages then extract useful information from these messages to update databases and also perform automated actions.

Email2Cloud enables companies to synchronize emails and parse specific information from these emails, enabling real time automation and tighter integration with a company’s processes and systems. Integration options within Email2Cloud include popular CRM, ERP, CMS and POS systems such as SharePoint, Dynamics, Salesforce, Quickbooks and PayPal.

Setup and configuration of the service is a simple process by using drag and drop functionality to set-up actions. Regular expressions are utilized to match information needed from emails and simple validation by email or SMS to approve workflows.
