Two more voters have complained of violated rights at the polls. The Nebraska Secretary of State office has received a complaint filed by Nebraskans for Civic Reform in Lincoln.
The complaint says that voters at two separate polling places were asked to give their voter identification numbers to receive provisional ballots on Election Day of 2012.
This is the second complaint filed under the Help America
Vote Act since it was implemented in Nebraska in 2002.
The
complaint is currently being reviewed by the Secretary of State's office.
