Breezes promotion does have some restrictions. According to their website, "The 5th Night Free promotion does not apply to Jr. Gardenview rooms at Breezes Grand. The nightly, per person rate for Jr. Oceanview is $260 (from Apr 13 - Aug 31, 2013). With one night free, a 5-night stay comes to $1,040 per person.
