Pomegranate Spritzer

From Hy-Vee Seasons Holiday Entertaining book

All you need:

• 5 cups sparkling wine or sparkling cider, chilled    
• 3 cups 100% pomegranate juice, chilled              
• fresh pomegranate seeds                                         

All you do:

1. Pour sparkling wine or cider slowly into serving pitcher or punch bowl.  Slowly add pomegranate juice.  Drop in pomegranate seeds and serve.

All you need:

• 2 c. (five scoops vanilla ice cream
• 1 oz Rum Chata
• 1 oz Mt. Gay Eclipse rum
• Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
• Candy cane, for garnish

All you do:

1. Place ice cream and rum in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg and add a candy cane.
