Named as the exclusive provider of implementation services for Upper Chesapeake Health, BlueNovo provides clinical, system and technical expertise as well as comprehensive implementation management services to Upper Chesapeake Health and its local provider community.

The Harford County, Maryland, not-for-profit, community-based, two hospital system is a leading healthcare system and the largest non-governmental employer in Harford County with 270 licensed beds and 550 staff physicians serving residents of Harford County, northern Baltimore County, and Western Cecil County. Upper Chesapeake Health served 19,052 inpatient and 155,750 outpatients during 2011.
