Cheese Tree - KHGI-TV/KWNB-TV/KHGI-CD-Grand Island, Kearney, Hastings

Ingredients:

• 2 cups extra sharp low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 cups medium low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded
• ¼ cup grated onion
• ½ cup low-fat mayonnaise
• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
• 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
• Fresh or Dried cranberries

Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Shape into a cone. Press chopped parsley onto tree to cover all surfaces. Place cranberries on tree as ornaments or garland. Serve with crackers.
