The city of Lincoln is selling land around the city that has been declared surplus.
City officials have listed online more than 50 surplus
properties for sale, trade or lease. The properties have been acquired
by the city over time and have no projected civic purpose.
Some of the properties range from a tenth of an acre to about five acres. Many of the pieces of land are where houses once stood.
The
city's online database includes aerial photos, addresses, parcel sizes
and zoning. Prices aren't listed but city officials say terms will be
negotiated at fair value.
