An Omaha man has been given seven years behind bars for receiving and possessing child pornography.
Steven Fonder, 33, was sentenced in United States District Court in Omaha for receiving and
possessing child pornography as well as
distributing child pornography. He received two seven year sentences that will run concurrently.
After his release from
prison Fonder will be on supervised release for ten years and will be required
to register as a sex offender.
