- Fleetly Fitness and Sports Tracker are
free "fitness buddy" apps for Apple and Android devices, respectively, offering
workout routines for different sports and targeted for different body areas.
There are also quick full body workouts if you are short on time. Each workout
comes with video, a description, tips and an area where you can log your
progress.
- Endomondo Sports Tracker for Windows,
Apple and Android devices connects your workout to your ears. In addition to
tracking mileage, duration, distance, speed and calories of your workout, the
Endomondo Sports Tracker gives audio feedback every mile. Get your friends to
write a short message on Endomondo's website, and the audio coach will read you
their peptalks live as you exercise.
